Ronald McDonald House Charities

Tina's first job when she was sixteen was with McDonald’s Restaurants in Augusta, GA. While working with McDonald’s she got the opportunity to work with the Ronald McDonald House in Augusta, never dreaming her family would ever need to actually use this service. A Ronald McDonald House is a home away from home for families of seriously ill children. They provide a way for families to stay together while the children are undergoing treatment. Tina's sister has two children with heart conditions and has had to use the Ronald McDonald Houses in Virginia and Arkansas. "My sister’s family having a safe, quiet place to go at night, yet still being close to the hospital was such a blessing our family will never forget."


The Cabarrus Pets Society
